Cinewest has worked across film, media, education and community cultural development for more than two decades, creating opportunities for filmmakers, emerging artists, children and young people, and diverse communities to participate in screen culture. Since its establishment, Cinewest has developed film festivals, screen productions, educational initiatives, filmmaking workshops and community-based arts programs, building relationships with filmmakers, cultural organisations, educational institutions and communities in Australia and internationally.
